Hours

The studio runs from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. If you need something outside those hours, ask us and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Cancellation window

Cancel at least one week before your booking and your deposit comes back in full.

Inside that week we will credit the deposit toward a rescheduled date, or refund half of it if you would rather not rebook. Tell us as soon as you know either way, because the earlier we hear, the better the chance we can fill the slot.

Deposit terms

A $300 deposit holds your date. It is credited toward your balance and refundable up to seven days before your booking.

Send your request first. Once we confirm the date is open, you pay the deposit and the date is yours.

Certificate of insurance

We require a certificate of insurance for your booking. What it needs to cover depends on what you are shooting, how many people are in the room, and what you are rigging, so inquire for more info and we will tell you exactly what yours needs to say and who to name on it.

Overtime

Overtime is billed at time and a half, by the hour.

If there is any chance you will run long, tell us when you book and we will hold the extra time for you. That is always cheaper than finding out at the end of the day.

Sound

You can run amplified sound through the evening, but it has to come down after 11pm. Plan your loudest work earlier in the booking and keep the back half lower.

House rules

No large events unless we have agreed to it beforehand. The room and the building both need to be set up for it, and that is not something we can arrange on the day.

No smoking anywhere in the building.

Past that, treat the room the way you would want to find it. Load out what you load in, and if something breaks, tell us right away so we can deal with it before the next booking.
