What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect what you type into the form. That is your name, your email, your phone number, the dates and hours you want, the space you are asking about, and whatever you tell us about the production or event.

We do not collect anything else. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Why we have it

To answer your inquiry, confirm availability, send you a quote, and run your booking. That is the whole of it.

Who processes it

Three services touch your information, and only because they run parts of this site. Netlify hosts the site and receives booking form submissions. Google Forms handles the longer inquiry form on our inquiry page. Chase processes deposits through a hosted checkout, which means your card details go straight to them and never touch this site or reach us.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking requests stay in our records while we are talking to you and for as long after as we need them for our own accounting. If you want yours removed sooner, ask.

Your requests

Write to office@110studios.org and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill out, just email us.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
